Our Family…

We are a family of three.  Our daughter is from Karen's previous marriage and is the light of our life.  We are a very active family that enjoys sports, camping, hunting and fishing.  We love to do anything that involves being outside, including gardening and having BBQ's.

 Our family has a profound faith in Christ which includes
having a firm belief that He is the Son of God and the Savior of the world. It means believing that He suffered for your sins and afflictions.

 Our Desire to Adopt…

We are an infertile couple that cannot have children of our own.  We both work in Education and believe this would be a great asset to a special needs child.

Dear Birthmom,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you about our family.  We are Brian and Karen.  We cannot tell you how much we are so grateful that you love your child so much to create an adoption plan.  We do understand the love between a parent and child since we have a daughter/step daughter ourselves.
We met at work where we both work in Education.  We love our jobs which is what attracted us to each other.  Karen was a single mother raising her beautiful daughter.  We had a whirlwind year.  We started dating, got engaged and married in the matter of a year and a half.  We went to Las Vegas and had a wedding with our family and a honeymoon all in one!

We live in a very small community where everyone knows their neighbors.  Karen's parents live 20 minutes away and Brian's parents live about 3 minutes away.  We like to spend our vacations and holidays with our extended family.

Our daughter is ready to have a brother or sister.  She has even taken a babysitter course in order to be better prepared to help us out!
We believe in our hearts that we were meant to be parents and would love the opportunity to raise a child together.
